We are impatiently waiting to be able to close on our construction loan so we can move forward with the new house build. The compromise we worked out with the neighbor who had built the edge of his barn on our property is taking a while to get through the county’s offices for approval. Until that is done we can’t get title insurance and close on the construction loan.
We were ready to close shortly after my husband got back from his work trip, but this delay is becoming very frustrating as there’s nothing we can do it seems to speed things along.
