We took a trip to the build site to see if framing had started today and sure enough we saw the basement now has it’s posts and beams and the floor is starting to get framed up. Here’s a bunch of pics.
On the turtle front, we assume they removed him as we didn’t see him there. We warned our Field Manager that we thought it was a snapping turtle and his response was, “My framers will probably eat him!” Ha! I doubt he was big enough for that, but in any event he is no longer in the basement!
